We take each site through zoning, permitting, architecture and construction with established Cypriot engineers and contractors, keeping oversight of cost and quality in-house.
Completed residences are offered for private sale to end buyers, or retained as long-term income assets. Buyers and agents are welcome to register early interest in upcoming homes.
A 4,974 m² residential site directly opposite the PASCAL Private English School campus, in one of greater Larnaka's most established family neighbourhoods, with direct access to the Larnaka to Nicosia motorway. Currently in planning and design.
